We’re a very small org. Are we too small for this?
Full Capacity was built specifically for small and growing nonprofits. Many of our past organizations were under $3M in contributed revenue. If you have at leats some individual donor base and a mission worth growing, you’re a candidate.
How long do engagement typically run?
The Development Audit & Launch is a defined, time-limited project — typically 8–12 weeks. Fractional partnerships are scoped based on your needs and can range from a few months to a year or more. Everything is discussed upfront, with no surprises.
We've worked with consultants before and got a binder we never used. How is this different?
The plan is only half of it. Every engagement includes coaching to actually implement what we build together. Greg stays involved through execution — not just delivery — so the work takes root in your organization.
Will this work if our board isn’t engaged in fundraising?
Board development is part of the work. We’ve coached boards on their fundraising roles at multiple organizations. That said, it takes honest conversation about expectations — which is why the first call is so important.
